After confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you did not receive an email, please check your spam. If it is not there either, please contact me.
Current formations of sent shipments.
•The current status allows all shipments to be sent within 7 days.
•If it happens that the package was not delivered and it is returned to us. We will contact you. If the package happens to be lost, we do not know that it was not delivered to you. In this case, contact us. We will check and resend. If such a situation has arisen, we are very sorry. Even the shipping company can make a mistake.

•There are many shipments, we produce during the week and pack and send the shipments on the weekend.
•If there is a problem with the order (for example, a magnetic ring is missing from the order), we will write you an email. We do not want to send diffuser kits that you cannot use due to a missing component.
