How does it work after ordering our products?

After confirming the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you did not receive an email, please check your spam. If it is not there either, please contact me.

Dear friends, We apologize for our limited production capacity. We strive to produce and ship your orders as soon as possible. But currently the time to produce and send the shipment is 3 weeks. Of course, if possible, we send sooner. From September, we are launching new production and storage facilities and the situation will improve significantly. Thank you for your patience.

β€’There are many shipments, we produce during the week and pack and send the shipments on the weekend.

β€’If there is a problem with the order (for example, a magnetic ring is missing from the order), we will write you an email. We do not want to send diffuser kits that you cannot use due to a missing component.

The easiest way to track a shipment.

Shipment tracking updates may be slightly delayed. (lack of post office staff) It is important that the shipment is already in transit.

πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦ Dear customers from Canada.  If you do not receive your shipment within 10 days, please contact the Canadian Post.  Many customers in Canada have confirmed to us that the Canada post has some problems and needs to be urged.  They also have a problem with tracking numbers, but the shipment is eventually delivered.  Thank you for understanding.
